With BTAPP Service Level Agreement, the customer purchases a BTAPP Service Level Agreement in advance and at a discount from published labor rates. The segment of time purchased in advance is debited only when services are delivered and at rates that vary based on the class of equipment being serviced. The cost of any parts used in the repair is an additional charge to the customer.
What can BTAPP be used for?
Almost any IT service requiremet designed for the user who needs various on demand services. Here are just a few examples of how BTAPP service could be deployed:

□ On demand time and maintenance based requirements (break/fix on PCs, Servers and printers)
□ Custom projects: Example: The customer requires a once per month visit to execute a “health maintenance check” on existing equipment at one or multiples sites.

Easy to Budget
Another advantage of BTAPP is that you can budget your maintenance cost in a fashion similar to the maintenance contract. It is easy to estimate the amount or service labor you will need over a period of time based on parts needs. Rates are set in advance with the Technical Service Source BTAPP Service Level Agreement unlike what you would experience when attempting to find someone to service your equipment on short notice.
Rates shown are for service during regular hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours services and Saturday service are available at the above rates time 1.5.
Standard onsite response time is 8 hours. Customers may upgrade onsite response to 4 hours (within 50 miles of a ROI service center in West Palm Beach, FL) for an additional debit of 2 hours service at the rate applicable to the equipment being serviced.
Repair parts are in addition to the labor rates shown and are furnished at competitive ROI prices, with parts for units under warranty at no additional cost.
